"Tanmiyah” is an electronic platform that enables Small and Medium Enterprises to boost the development of countries by effectively linking the needs of development projects of Government Agencies or Large Companies with services or products that can be implemented through Small and Medium Enterprises. This is being implemented through an electronic application platform that contributes to the speed, accuracy and ease of connectivity between the owners of growth opportunities and small and medium enterprises.

- The owner of an SME searches for the needs of the projects offered to each of the government agencies.
- Government / Large Companies select the product / service from an SME registered with the service.
- Ease of linking the needs of government agencies and Large Companies with SME’s that provide these needs which is a main requirement in the platform. The application will be sent to all registered small companies.
- A small company is not supported in the platform until it meets the general conditions and regulations requested by “Tanmiyah”.
- All participants in the platform can benefit from Employees request service, where there is a special section for applications for employment and vacant positions with Government Agencies and Large and Small Companies.
- The small companies participating in the platform can be evaluated after contracting through the evaluation feature available on the platform. If the small company receives a number of negative evaluations, it will become blacklisted and can be suspended for a certain period or permanently.
- All buyers can request a service / product and also offer a service / product across the platform to be met by small participating companies.
- It is possible for investors, whether government agencies, large companies or small companies, to monitor all their transactions through the platform on a daily basis and through the data monitoring service, whether:
